1 Scope

This standard specifies the test conditions, equipment, samples, test methods, and test data for the external dimensions of titanium and titanium alloy processed products.

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Thickness

The vertical distance between the upper and lower parallel planes of the product.

3.2 Width

The vertical distance from one side of the product to the other side corresponding to it.

3.3 Length

The distance from one end of the product to the other end along the direction parallel to the axis.

3.4 Squareness

The difference between the length of two diagonals of any plane of a rectangular product.

3.5 Flatnessandwaviness

The maximum vertical distance between the plate-shaped product and the reference plane, or the maximum arc depth within the specified length of the product.

3.6 Edgewisecurvature

The maximum arc depth of the curved arc on either side of the product, or the maximum arc depth within the specified length of the product.

3.7 Cut the degree of inclination

After the product is cut, the maximum vertical distance between the cutting surface and the cross-section.
