Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 26723-2011 "Cold-rolled Titanium Strip Coils". Compared with GB/T 26723-2011, the main differences are in structural adjustments and editorial changes.

Aside from the modifications, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Product brands and specifications have been changed (see Table 1, 2011 edition of Table 1);

b) The thickness tolerance of the products has been changed, and the thickness tolerance for grades TA0, TA8, and TA18 has been increased (see Table 2, 2011). Table 2 of the version);

c) The permissible width tolerance for the product has been changed (see Table 3, 2011 edition);

d) Content related to cupping values has been removed (see 3.5.2 in the 2011 version);

e) The requirements for the product tower shape have been changed (see 5.2.6, 2011 version 3.7.3);

f) Modified some room temperature tensile properties of TA1G, TA2G, TA4G, TA8-1, and TA9-1; added grades TA0 and TA8.

The room temperature tensile properties of TA18 products have been improved, adding room temperature tensile property grades of TA0, TA1G, TA2G, TA3G, and TA4G. (See Table 4, 2011 edition);

g) Increased bending performance requirements for grades TA0, TA8, and TA18 (see Table 5);

h) Requirements for product surface defects have been added (see 5.7.2);

i) The thickness detection location for the product has been changed (see 6.2.1, 4.2 in the 2011 version);

j) The test requirements for the room temperature tensile properties of the product have been changed (see 6.3, 4.3 in the 2011 edition);

k) Increased sampling requirements for product performance testing (see Table 6).

4 Classification and Labeling

4.1 Product Classification

The product's brand, condition, and specifications are shown in Table 1.

Table 1.Grade, Condition, Specification Brand Status Specifications (thickness x width x length) mm TA0, TA1G, TA2G, TA3G, TA4G, TA8, TA8-1, TA9, TA9-1, TA10, TA18 Annealed state (M), cold-worked state (Y) (0.10~5.00)x(500~1500)xL

4.2 Product Marking

Product markings are indicated in the following order. product name, brand, status, specifications, and document number.

Example. A product manufactured using TA2G, in an annealed state, with a thickness of 0.6 mm and a width of 1200 mm, is marked as.

5 Technical Requirements

5.1 Chemical composition

5.1.1 The chemical composition of the product shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.1.

5.1.2 When the buyer takes samples from the product for chemical composition retesting, the permissible deviation of the chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.2.

5.2 External dimensions and their permissible deviations

5.2.1 The allowable thickness deviation of the product shall conform to the specifications in Table 2.The level of allowable thickness deviation shall be specified in the purchase order; otherwise, it shall be determined by the allowable tolerance.

Standard precision is available. Table 2 Thickness Tolerance The unit is millimeters. Nominal thickness Thickness tolerance a Ordinary precision High precision 0.10~0.15 ±0.015 ±0.010 >0.15~0.20 ±0.02 ±0.015 >0.20~0.30 ±0.03 ±0.02 >0.30~0.50 ±0.04 ±0.02 >0.50~0.70 ±0.05 ±0.03 >0.70~1.00 ±0.08 ±0.06 >1.00~1.50 ±0.10 ±0.07 >1.50~2.00 ±0.15 ±0.08 >2.00~2.50 ±0.18 ±0.10 >2.50~4.00 ±0.20 ±0.14 >4.00~4.75 ±0.25 ±0.16 >4.75~5.00 ±0.30 ±0.20 a.
