3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined by GA/T 893-2010 apply to this document.
3.1 Feature file
A file that stores feature information in a specific format.
3.2 Test library testdatabase
A fingerprint image or set of feature files for performance evaluation of a fingerprinting algorithm.
3.3 Refuse to verifyfailure
Compare the fingerprint feature file successfully registered with all other feature files of the finger, and the number of error rejections is occupied.
The case where the ratio of the number of comparisons is greater than the set value.
3.4 Refusal rate verificationfailurerate; VFR
The ratio of the number of rejected fingerprints to the total number of fingerprints successfully registered.
Note. expressed as a percentage.
3.5 Retry reattempt
The non-rejected fingerprints are compared with the re-attempts after the error rejection.
