Scope

GB/T 37261-2018 is the English-translated version of 城镇供热管道用球型补偿器.

GB/T 37261-2018 covers ball joint compensators, the spherical expansion joints that absorb angular displacement in district heating pipelines. It applies to units for a design pressure up to 2.5 MPa, hot water up to 200 °C or steam up to 350 °C, and nominal diameters up to 1600 mm.

The standard gives terms and definitions, classification and marking, and general requirements, drawing on standards for pressure vessel steels, flanges, flexible graphite packing and radiographic testing.

It then sets the inspection requirements, the test methods, including the rotational torque test in normative Annex A, the inspection rules, drying and painting, and marking, packaging, transport and storage.

Manufacturers, designers and inspectors of heating networks use it. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 November 2019.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, general requirements, inspection requirements, and inspection parties for ball-type compensators for urban heating pipes.

Law, inspection rules, drying and painting, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard is applicable to design pressure not more than 2.5MPa, hot water medium design temperature is not more than 200 °C, steam medium design temperature is not large At 350 ° C, the pipe nominal diameter is not more than 1600 mm, used to absorb the angular displacement of any type of spherical compensator manufacturing and Inspection, etc.
