1 Scope

GB/T 47394-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering the condensing economiser on a gas boiler - recovering the latent heat in the water vapour of the flue gas, which is several per cent of the fuel and is otherwise thrown up the stack, plus the acidic condensate it produces and has to handle. First edition, in force since 1 October 2026. It was issued on 31 March 2026 and takes effect on 1 October 2026, as a first edition. The document is under the responsibility of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
