Scope

GB/T 37149-2018 is the English-translated version of 统一社会信用代码地理信息采集规范.

GB/T 37149-2018 sets out how to collect the geographic information attached to the unified social credit identifier, the unique code given to legal persons and other organizations under GB 32100-2015.

It specifies the reference system and identification method, the technical indicators, the data content and format, what has to be collected and how, the techniques for collecting and updating the information, and the quality requirements and compliance checks.

Its annexes deal with the organization code, the priority of basic location names, the classification and coding of organizations, and the attributes of ground photographs.

It is intended for bodies building a unified social credit identifier geographic information database or a related geographic information system, and for the collection, processing and updating of that information. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 July 2019.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical indicators, collection content and methods, quality control and other requirements for the collection of geographic information in a unified social credit code.

The process of collecting geographic information of the unified social credit code is also specified.

This standard is applicable to the organization of geographical information when establishing a unified social credit code geographic information database and related geographic information systems. Collection, processing and updating of information.

3.1 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1.1 Organization

A general term for enterprises, institutions, institutions, social organizations, and other units established by law. [GB/T 20091-2006, definition 2.2]

3.1.2 Unified social credit code
