Scope
GB/T 37141.1-2022 is the English-translated version of 高海拔地区电气设备紫外线成像检测导则 第1部分:变电站.
GB/T 37141.1-2022 is Part 1 of the Chinese national guide to ultraviolet imaging inspection of electrical equipment at high altitude, and covers substations. Solar-blind ultraviolet imagers are used on AC equipment of 1000 V and above in substations and converter stations at altitudes of 1000 m to 5000 m, to find corona and arc discharge.
It sets out the detection conditions and steps, the altitude correction of the photon count, how discharge type and cause are judged, defect classification and handling, the inspection interval and data management.
It defines photon number, mean photon number, gain and detection distance, and its annexes give the test report form, the distance correction constants C1 and C2 and typical discharge types.
It cites GB 26860, DL/T 345 and DL/T 664. It was issued on 14 October 2022 and has applied since 1 May 2023.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.
This document is part 1 of GB/T 37141 "Guidelines for Ultraviolet Imaging Testing of Electrical Equipment in High Altitude Areas". GB/T 37141 has The following parts have been published.
--- Part 1: Substation;
--- Part 2: Transmission lines.
Introduction
This document is compiled based on the research results of discharge ultraviolet detection conducted by relevant units on the substation site and in the laboratory.
The methods and criteria presented in this document are derived from observed examples in field and laboratory tests. Taking into account the environmental parameters and instrument models, Due to differences in versions, different models and batches of ultraviolet imagers may not observe completely consistent discharge phenomena in the same environment.
Since substations and transmission lines are different in terms of equipment, defect types, and importance levels, etc., the detection strips for ultraviolet detection in substations There are some differences from transmission lines in terms of components, detection methods, defect classification and processing, and detection cycle.
GB/T 37141 is divided into two parts, including.
--- Part 1: Substation. The purpose is to provide high-altitude substation corona and arc ultraviolet imaging detection, defect evaluation, etc. method and basis.
--- Part 2: Transmission lines. The purpose is to provide corona and arc ultraviolet imaging detection and defect evaluation for transmission lines in high altitude areas Provide methods and basis.
1 Scope
This document provides the application of solar-blind ultraviolet imaging equipment to detect the corona of 1000V and above AC electrical equipment in substations (converter stations). And arc discharge detection conditions, detection methods, altitude correction of ultraviolet photon number, discharge type and cause judgment, defect classification and treatment, detection Measurement cycle and data management.
This document is applicable to the operation of 1000V and above AC electrical equipment in substations (converter stations) at an altitude of 1000m~5000m Detection of corona and arc discharge.
2 Normative references
