GB/T 37030-2018 is the English-translated version of 电子级三甲基铟.

GB/T 37030-2018 is the Chinese product standard for electronic grade trimethylindium (C3H9In), which is mainly used to grow compound semiconductor films. It covers the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transport, storage and safety of the product.

It applies to trimethylindium made by the indium magnesium alloy, indium trichloride or Grignard reagent routes and then purified. The technical requirements set a minimum purity by mass fraction and maximum contents of metallic and other elements such as silver, aluminium, arsenic, boron, barium, beryllium, bismuth and calcium, in µg/g.

Packaging, marking and transport follow the Chinese rules for dangerous goods. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 April 2019.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and safety of trimethyl indium.

This standard applies to indium magnesium alloy method, indium trichloride method, format reagent method, three chemical synthesis methods and purified and purified trimethyl indium. This product is mainly used to grow compound semiconductor film materials and the like.
