Scope
GB/T 37024-2018 is the English-translated version of 信息安全技术 物联网感知层网关安全技术要求.
GB/T 37024-2018 sets the security technical requirements for gateways in the sensing layer of Internet of Things information systems, the devices that connect sensing networks to communication networks and to each other.
It describes the sensing layer and the security threats to it and divides the requirements into a basic level and an enhanced level. For each level it lists physical security requirements, security function requirements and security assurance requirements.
An annex describes the IoT information system. It applies to the design, development and testing of sensing layer gateways, and draws on the GB/T 22240 grading guide for information system security protection and the GA/T 681 security requirements for gateways. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 July 2019.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the security technical requirements for the application layer gateway in the IoT information system, including the level of security technology requirements. Division and its physical security, security functions and security requirements.
This standard applies to the design, development and testing of the perception layer gateway in the IoT information system.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 25069-2010 apply to this document.
3.1 Internet of Things
Realize the information of the physical and virtual worlds by sensing the terminal and connecting objects, people, systems and information resources according to the agreed protocol. An intelligent service system that responds and responds. [GB/T 33745-2017, definition 2.1.1]
3.2 Perceptual layer gateway
Realize protocol conversion and interconnection between the sensing network and the communication network and different types of sensing networks, and deploy in the network of the Internet of Things sensing layer Connect the device.
3.3 Sensor terminal
It can collect information and/or perform operations on objects, and can connect one or more devices that sense the network.
