Scope
GB/T 36995-2018 is the English-translated version of 风力发电机组 故障电压穿越能力测试规程.
GB/T 36995-2018 sets out how to test whether a grid-connected wind turbine can ride through a voltage fault, that is, stay connected and keep running when a grid fault or disturbance makes the voltage drop or rise.
It defines low and high voltage ride-through capability, the fault voltage generating device, the test point, the active power recovery time and the voltage dip, and lists the symbols used.
It then covers the technical requirements for fault voltage ride-through, the test conditions, the test content, the test requirements, the test procedure and what the test report must contain.
Informative annexes deal with successive voltage faults, the measurement of active power, reactive power and voltage, a sample report format and the calculation of reactive current injection. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 July 2019.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test conditions, and test conditions for the fault voltage ride-through capability of wind turbines (hereinafter referred to as wind turbines). Content, test requirements, test procedures and test report content.
This standard applies to grid-connected wind turbines.
2 Normative references

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Wind turbine low voltage ride through capability
When the power grid fails or the disturbance causes a voltage drop, the wind turbine ensures that it does not fall off the network within a certain voltage drop range and time interval. The ability to continue running.
3.2 Wind turbine high voltage ride through capability
When the grid fault or disturbance causes the voltage to rise, within a certain range of voltage rise and time interval, the wind turbine guarantees that there is no off-grid The ability to continue running.
3.3 Fault voltage generating device
Based on the impedance/resistance-capacitor voltage division principle, test equipment that meets the test requirements for fault voltage specifications is generated at the test point.
3.4 Grid point/test point
The point at which the fault voltage is generated is the connection point between the fault voltage generating device and the high voltage side of the step-up transformer of the wind turbine.
3.5 Active power recovery time
From the recovery of the grid voltage to the normal range, to the wind turbine output active power is restored to the actual wind condition corresponding to the output power required time.
3.6 Voltage drop
The effective value of the voltage at a certain point in the power system is temporarily reduced to less than 0.9 pu of the nominal voltage of the system, and returns to normal after a short duration. A phenomenon near the value.
