Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements, metadata, data indexing, security, and face style requirements for electronic certification documents.

This standard applies to the generation and verification of electronic license documents.

3 Abbreviations

The following abbreviations apply to this document.

OFD. Open Layout Document (OpenFixed-layoutDocument)

XML. Extensible Markup Language (eXtensibleMarkupLanguage)

4 General requirements

The electronic certificate shall be expressed in the form of a layout electronic document and shall meet the following requirements.

a) use the OFD file format;

b) only one license is included in a document;

c) Contains the basic metadata of the electronic certificate and the electronic certificate identification (in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 36904-2018);

d) should include reference data indexing;

e) include digital signatures or electronic signatures;

f) do not use dynamic elements such as animation, audio and video, etc.

g) Include relevant attachments for the license as follows.

1) Accessories that need to be used in the original format are handled by external attachments;

2) Other attachments are converted into pages of electronic license documents;

h) The data required for the presentation and interaction of the license is self-contained.
