1 Scope

This standard specifies the types and document requirements, appearance styles, and information content of transport permits in road transport electronic certificates.

This standard applies to the generation, data processing, and processing of electronic permits for road transport permits and Internet-booked rental car transport permits in the People's Republic of China.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 3690, GB/T 3609, GB/T 3690, GB/T 3609, and JT/T 697. 7 The defined terms and definitions apply to this file.

4 Types of electronic certificates and document requirements

4.1 Type of license

The road transport e-certificate includes a road transport permit and a network-reserved taxi transport permit.

Two categories.

6. The type code of the electronic certificate of the transport certificate is in accordance with GB/T 3690-2018. 6. The rules of 3 are generated, and their types and codes are shown in Table 1.

4.2 Document requirements the requirements for the electronic certificate of the transport permit are as follows.

a) The electronic certificate file should meet the technical requirements of GB/T 36905, and generate layout documents in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 3319 format;

b) The interface of the electronic license sharing service shall meet the requirements of GB/T 3609 and GB/T 3609.

5 Appearance of electronic ID

5.1 Specifications

The specifications of the electronic certificate of the transport certificate are. A4 (29.7mm x 21.0mm), vertical version.

5.2 Layout and layout

5.2.1 Logo

The transport certificate e-license shall include a logo. The logo uses the national emblem of the People's Republic of China, is centered, and the width of the logo is 24. 0mm, height the degree is 25. 0mm, the top edge of the logo from the top edge of the page 11. 6mm.

5.2.2 Title

The title of the transport certificate e-license is in two lines.

The layout of the title text of the road transport permit shall comply with the requirements of Table 2. The layout of the title text of the online car rental permit shall be in accordance with Table 2.

5.2.3 Documented information

5.2.3.1 Road transport permit the data information displayed on the road transport permit is divided into two parts. the item name and the item content.

The text layout of the name of the road transport permit matters shall meet the requirements of Table 4, and the text layout of the contents of the road transport permit matters shall conform to Table 5 Requirements.

5.2.3.2 Online booking of taxi transport permit the data information displayed on the network reservation taxi transport certificate is divided into two parts. the item name and the item content.

The text arrangement of the name of the online booking of a taxi transport permit shall meet the requirements of Table 6.

The text layout of the content shall meet the requirements of Table 7.

5.2.5 Electronic seal the electronic certificate of the transport permit shall be stamped with an electronic seal. The electronic seal style requirements are as follows.

a) The electronic seal should be consistent with the physical seal;

b) The position of the center point of the stamp. the distance from the right side of the page is 105. 0mm, the margin from the bottom of the page is 92. 5mm.

5.2.6 QR code

The electronic certificate of the transport permit contains a QR code and the requirements are as follows.

a) Dimensions. 25. 0mm x 25. 0mm.

b) Code system. follow the requirements of GB/T 2776.

c) print position.

1) Road transportation permit. bottom margin 81. 0mm, the right margin is 30. 0mm;

2) Online booking of taxi transport permit. bottom margin 78. 5mm, the right margin is 30. 0mm.

5.2.7 Vehicle photos the electronic certificate of the transport permit contains a photo of the vehicle. The photo format requirements are as follows.

a) Vehicle photo size. 50. 0mm x 30. 0mm.

b) Vehicle photo print location.

1) Road transport permit. top margin 119. 0mm, the right margin is 30. 0mm;

2) Online booking of taxi transport license. bottom margin 125. 0mm, the right margin is 30. 0mm.

c) Photo pixel requirements. (588N) x (354N), N should be greater than 1.

5.2.8 Supervision information the electronic certificate of the transportation permit shall be printed with the words "produced by the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China" in the lower right corner, and the width of the words shall be 70. 0mm, height for 5. 2mm, the bottom margin of the typeface from the bottom margin of the page 4. 0mm, the left margin of the typeface is 102 from the left margin of the page. 0mm.

5.2.9 Minority language requirements If it is necessary to use or add minority characters to the electronic certificate of the transportation certificate, it shall be consistent with the unified style and content of the certificate.

Minority characters should be above the Chinese characters, and minority characters should not be used for signs, acronyms, codes, and values.

5.3 style

5.3.1 Road transport permit the style of the road transport permit is shown in Figure 1, and an example of the style is shown in Figure 2.

5.3.2 Online booking of taxi transport permit the pattern of the network-approved taxi transport certificate is shown in Figure 3, and an example of the style is shown in Figure 4.

6 Electronic certificate information content

6.1 Information classification the information contained in the electronic license of the transportation license is mainly divided into three categories. basic information of the license, business information and annotation information, of which the business information Includes vehicle information, annual review information, technical rating information, and other information.

6.2 Metadata attributes Metadata definitions and other attributes are described in accordance with GB/T 36903.
