Scope
GB/T 36903-2018 is the English-translated version of 电子证照 元数据规范.
GB/T 36903-2018 is the Chinese national metadata specification for electronic certificates, the electronic licences issued by public bodies.
It sets out the information model of an electronic certificate and defines its metadata in three groups: basic information about the licence, business information and additional annotation information, together with the rules for extending the metadata.
Each metadata item is described by a fixed set of attributes: Chinese name, definition, English name, data type, value range, short name, constraint and value example.
A normative annex lists the code types for the licensed subject. The standard relies on the other electronic licence standards GB/T 36901-2018, GB/T 36902-2018 and GB/T 36904-2018, and applies to the generation, exchange and use of electronic certificates. It was issued on 15 November 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.
