Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 20091-2006 "Organization Type", compared with GB/T 20091-2006, except for structural adjustments and editing In addition to the sexual changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Changed the term "organization" (see 3.1, 2.2 of the.2006 edition);

--- The term "enterprise", "organization", "institution", "CPPCC", "social group", "private non-enterprise unit", "foundation" (see 2.3~2.9 of the.2006 edition);

---Added the terms "for-profit legal person", "non-profit legal person", "special legal person" and "unincorporated organization" (see 3.3~3.6);

---Changed the classification basis and specific type classification (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the.2006 edition);

--- Changed the code digits composition and added a code structure diagram (see Chapter 5, Chapter 4 of the.2006 edition);

---Changed the organization type, code and specific content (see Chapter 6, Chapter 5 of the.2006 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the classification and coding method of the organization and the type and code of the organization.

This document applies to the classification and coding of all organizations registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China.

4 Categories

According to the concept and category of legal person and unincorporated organization, the line classification method is used to divide the organization into large, medium and small categories.
