GB/T 40756-2021 is the English-translated version of 全国一体化政务服务平台线上线下融合工作指南.

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Government service implementation agency

Governments at all levels and their work departments, department management agencies, and legally responsible agencies that have corresponding subject qualifications and exercise corresponding government services Units and organizations with political management functions, departments listed in the party's work organization sequence but undertaking administrative functions in accordance with the law, and those with public service functions enterprise.
