1 Scope

This standard specifies the types and document requirements, appearance styles, and information content of business licenses in road transport electronic licenses.

This standard applies to the People's Republic of China's road transport business license, road dangerous goods transport license, and online booking of taxis.

Generation, data processing, exchange and sharing of business licenses and electronic licenses for road transport permits for radioactive materials.

3 Terms and definitions

4 Types of electronic certificates and document requirements

4.1 Type of license

The licenses for road transport e-licenses include road transport business licenses, road dangerous goods transport licenses, and online reservations.

There are four types of car rental licenses and road transport licenses for radioactive materials.

The business license electronic license type code is generated in accordance with Chapter 7 of GB/T 3690-2018 and the rules of YWFW C 0123.

4.2 Document requirements the requirements for the electronic certificate of the business license are as follows.

a) The electronic certificate file should meet the technical requirements of GB/T 36905, and generate layout documents in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 3319 format;

b) The interface of the electronic license sharing service shall meet the requirements of GB/T 3609 and GB/T 3609.

5 Appearance of electronic ID

5.1 Specifications

The specifications and dimensions of the electronic license of the business license are. A4 (29.7mm x 21.0mm), horizontal version.

5.2 Layout and layout

5.2.1 Logo

The business license e-license shall include a logo. The logo uses the national emblem of the People's Republic of China, is centered, and the logo width is 34. 0mm, the height is 36. 0mm, the top edge of the logo is 10 from the top edge of the page. 0mm.

5.2.2 Title

The title of the electronic license of the business license is divided into two lines.

The layout of the title text of the road transport business license shall meet the requirements of Table 2.

The arrangement shall meet the requirements of Table 3. The arrangement of the title text of the online taxi rental business license shall meet the requirements of Table 4.

5.2.3 Documented information the data information displayed by the electronic license of the business license is divided into two parts. the item name and the item content.

5.2.5 Electronic seal the electronic certificate of the business license shall be stamped with an electronic seal. The electronic seal style requirements are as follows.

a) The electronic seal should be consistent with the physical seal;

b) The position of the center of the seal. 87 from the right margin of the page. 0mm, 39 from the bottom margin of the page. 0mm.

5.2.6 QR code

The business license electronic certificate contains a QR code, and the requirements are as follows.

a) Dimensions. 25. 0mm x 25. 0mm;

b) coding system. in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 2776;

c) Printing position. bottom margin 55. 0mm, right margin 38. 0mm.

5.2.7 Supervision information the lower right corner of the electronic license photo of the business license shall be printed with the words "produced by the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China" with a width of 78. 5mm, the height is 5. 5mm, the bottom edge of the typeface from the bottom margin of the page 3. 0mm, the left margin of the typeface is 180 from the left margin of the page. 5mm.

5.2.8 Minority language requirements If it is necessary to use or add minority characters to the electronic license of the business license, it shall be consistent with the unified style and content of the license.

Minority characters should be above the Chinese characters, and minority characters should not be used for signs, acronyms, codes, and values.

5.3 style

5.3.1 Road transport business license See Figure 1 for the style of road transportation business license and Figure 2 for an example of the style.

5.3.2 Road Dangerous Goods Transport Permit the style of road dangerous goods transportation permit is shown in Figure 3, and the style example is shown in Figure 4.

5.3.3 Online taxi rental license See Figure 5 for the pattern of network reservation taxi business license, and Figure 6 for an example of the style.

5.3.4 Road transport permits for radioactive materials See Figure 7 for the style of radioactive material road transportation license, and see Figure 8 for an example of the style.

6 Electronic certificate information content

6.1 Information classification the information contained in the electronic license of the business license is mainly divided into three categories. basic information of the license, business information and annotation information, of which the business Information includes operator information, branch information, change information, inspection (assessment) information, and other information.

6.2 Metadata attributes Metadata definition and other attribute descriptions follow the requirements of GB/T 3609.
