1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, and test methods for main drive seals, hinge seals, and airbag seals for full-face tunnel boring machines, as well as inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage.
This standard applies to main drive seals, hinged seals and airbag seals (hereinafter collectively referred to as seals) for full-face tunnel boring machines.
