Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 29992-2017 "Rubber sealing ring for daily pressure cookers". Compared with GB/T 29992-2017, except for the structural adjustment, In addition to the integration and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Added manufacturing requirements (see 4.1);

b) The hardness index of hardness grade 70 in the physical properties of rubber materials has been changed (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2017 edition);

c) The technical indicators of tensile strength and tear strength in the physical properties of rubber materials have been changed (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2017 edition);

d) The hot air aging conditions and technical indicators in the physical properties of rubber materials have been modified (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2017 edition);

e) Added requirements and test methods for volatile substances (see 4.5.8, Appendix B);

f) The batching requirements in the inspection rules have been changed (see 6.2.1, 5.1 of the 2017 edition);

g) The transportation and storage requirements of the product have been changed (see 7.3.1, 6.3.1 of the 2017 edition);

h) The shelf life of the sealing ring has been changed (see 7.3.2, 6.3.2 of the 2017 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rubber seals for daily pressure cookers, and describes the corresponding test methods.

This document applies to the production, inspection and acceptance of rubber sealing rings (hereinafter referred to as sealing rings) for daily pressure cookers (including electric pressure cookers).
