This standard applies to the rating of the service of the Internet access service business premises.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 Assessment principle

Internet service service establishments (hereinafter referred to as business premises) service rating should follow the following principles.

a) Results-oriented. Accurately evaluate the service results of the business premises;

b) Objective and impartial. based on actual results, objective, independent and unbiased to make fair conclusions;

c) Scientific rigor. a scientific and rigorous work attitude, using reasonable and feasible assessment methods and strict implementation.
