Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

Introduction

The production site visual management system belongs to the intelligent management category of intelligent management in smart factories. It is a smart factory or a digital workshop. One of the important contents of the construction, the application of visual management technology to strengthen the production management of the workshop, improve the level of on-site management, and foster autonomy Type of staff to optimize the purpose of the on-site work environment.

This standard is mainly specified from the overall framework and main functional modules of the production site visualization management system.

ERP, MES and other information system enterprises, the relevant functions in this standard can be directly integrated with ERP, MES and other systems or directly in the MES The development of relevant modules in the system is realized; for enterprises that are not perfect in the information system, the production of independent operation can be directly developed with reference to this standard. Field visualization management system, and expand part of production management functions to achieve visual management of workshop production.

The implementation of this standard should have the following basic conditions.

--- The underlying network, to ensure that data, computing, shared input and output are consistent;

---The network system is stable, secure, flexible and expandable;

---The production order is stable, there is a balanced production basis, and the process procedures and process flow are well executed.

--- Establish a sound system operation management mechanism.
