Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of commercial pressure cookers (hereinafter referred to as pressure cookers), product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, Signs, labels, instructions for use and packaging, transportation, storage.

This standard applies to the nominal working pressure is 50kPa~80kPa, the volume is greater than 18L and not more than 50L, with aluminum and aluminum alloy, stainless Commercial pressure cooker for forming steel sheets. Commercial pressure cookers for other sheet metal forming can be implemented with reference to this standard.

This standard does not apply to commercial pressure cookers that are pressure fried with oil.
