Scope
GB/T 36448-2018 is the English-translated version of 集装箱式数据中心机房通用规范.
GB/T 36448-2018 sets out the classification, requirements and test methods for containerised data centre equipment rooms.
It defines the information technology equipment container, the power container and the refrigeration container, gives the levels and categories of containerised data centre, and lays down requirements and tests for the container and its refrigeration, power distribution, fire protection, integrated monitoring and lighting systems.
Normative annexes describe the composition of a containerised data centre, its installation and deployment, and the calculation of the thermal resistance of the insulation layer.
It applies to the design, manufacture, installation, transport and testing of these units, and draws on container, computer site, enclosure protection and cabling standards. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements and test methods for containerized data center equipment rooms (hereinafter referred to as containerized data centers).
This standard applies to containerized data center equipment rooms (including. refrigeration systems, power distribution systems, fire protection systems, integrated monitoring systems, lighting Systems, etc.) are designed, manufactured, installed, transported, and tested.
