Scope

GB/T 36428-2018 is the English-translated version of 物联网家电公共指令集.

GB/T 36428-2018 defines the common instruction set that Internet of Things household appliances use to exchange data with each other and with service platforms.

It sets the instruction types, the data format and the data coding. The set is split into basic information, namely the manufacturer code, device type, model, serial number and version, and operation information, which includes general operation instructions, general variables, product variables and manufacturer-defined variables.

Each variable has a number, a name, a value format and an English identifier, and an informative annex lists the variables for the various types of household appliance.

It applies to all household electrical appliances within an IoT home appliance system and relies on the terminology of GB/T 33745-2017. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

This standard specifies the types of common instruction sets for interoperability between IoT home appliances and IoT home appliances and service platforms. Data format and data encoding.

This standard applies to all kinds of household electrical appliances within the range of IoT home appliance systems.

The IoT home appliance common instruction set can be divided into basic information and operation information.

5.1 Overview

The contents of the basic information are shown in Table 1. The variable number is 1 to 10 (decimal).

Note: The variable serial number is expressed in hexadecimal in use, the fixed length is 2bytes, and the high bit is 0 when the length is insufficient.
