Scope
GB/T 36423-2018 is the English-translated version of 智能家用电器操作有效性通用要求.
GB/T 36423-2018 sets out the general requirements for the operating permissions of smart household appliances, meaning who may operate an appliance, from where and on which data.
It defines smart appliances, smart appliance systems and the industry, other-industry and third-party service platforms, and gives the basic principles of operation.
It then lays down permission requirements by operator role and operating location, by data operation link, by the working state of the appliance, and by data class, including rules for deleting and storing data and the priority among operations.
It applies to smart household and similar appliances with a rated voltage not above 250 V for single-phase and 480 V for other appliances. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of operational effectiveness of smart household appliances, basic principles, different roles and locations, and different states. Operational permission requirements.
This standard is applicable to smart households and classes where the rated voltage of single-phase appliances does not exceed 250V and the rated voltage of other appliances does not exceed 480V. Applicable appliances.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Intelligent household appliances
Application of intelligent technology or household and similar appliances with intelligent capabilities/functions.
Note: Smart home appliances can be referred to as smart home appliances, and can also be called smart home appliances, artificial smart home appliances, etc.
3.2 Intelligent household appliance system
A system consisting of at least one multi-component of smart appliances.
Note 1. The smart home appliance system can be referred to as the smart home appliance system.
Note 2. Smart home appliances and other components in smart home appliances work together and implement certain functions within a specific protocol and rule framework.
3.3 Industry service platform
It provides services and management for smart home appliances interconnection and provides a service platform for smart home appliances to access other industry application services.
3.4 Other industry service platforms
Provide a platform for smart home appliances to provide services to related industries outside the home appliance industry.
Note: such as power industry services, weather services and other platforms.
3.5 Third party service platform
A platform for providing basic or value-added services to different vendors based on a third-party identity based on a smart home appliance service platform.
Note 1. Such as encryption and decryption services, payment services, code resolution services and other platforms.
