Scope

GB/T 36426-2018 is the English-translated version of 智能家用电器服务平台通用要求.

GB/T 36426-2018 sets the general requirements for smart household appliance service platforms, the systems that provide services, management and interconnection for connected appliances and give other industries and third-party applications access to them.

It defines smart appliances, services, industry service platforms and other-industry service platforms, gives an overview of the service platform and its basic concepts, and specifies business support, application management and platform security management.

Normative Annex A defines the major and minor product categories used in the unique identification code of household appliances, and an informative annex describes authentication between the service platforms of different vendors.

It applies to the planning, design, construction and upgrading of smart appliance service platforms. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

1 Scope

This standard specifies terms and definitions for smart home appliance service platforms, overview of service platforms, basic concepts, business support, and applications Management, security management and other requirements.

This standard applies to the planning, design, construction and transformation of smart home appliance service platforms.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Smart appliances

Home appliances and similar appliances that use smart technology or have intelligent capabilities/functions.

Note: Smart home appliances may be referred to simply as smart appliances, and may also be referred to as smart appliances, artificial intelligence appliances, and the like.

3.2 Service

The resource (data or function) provided externally for the application system to follow the protocol and specification of the request service platform.

3.3 Smart appliance service platform

Providing services, management, and interconnection for smart home appliances, and providing home appliances for smart home appliances, other industries, or third-party applications Systems that provide access services, hereinafter referred to as service platforms.

Note 1. Smart home appliance service platforms include, but are not limited to, smart home appliance industry service platforms, vendor service platforms, and service platforms provided by third parties.

Note 2. The following referred to as the service platform.

3.4 Industry service platform

Provides services and management for smart home appliances and provides smart home appliances with service applications for other industry applications.

3.5 Other industry service platform

Providing smart home appliances with a platform for services outside the home appliance industry.

Note: Such as power industry services, weather services and other platforms.
