GB/T 36222-2018 is the English-translated version of 航空电机用深沟球轴承通用规范.
GB/T 36222-2018 is the Chinese national general specification for deep groove ball bearings used mainly in aviation motors such as aircraft generators and motor generators.
It specifies the technical requirements, quality assurance provisions and preparation for delivery of these bearings, and describes the corresponding test methods.
Its normative references cover bearing tolerances and radial clearance measurement, steel balls, metal grain size, high-carbon chromium bearing steel and its heat treatment, stamped cages, rubber seals, roundness, waviness and surface roughness of bearing parts, and life and reliability testing.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, quality assurance and delivery preparation of deep groove ball bearings mainly used in aerospace motors. Describe the corresponding experiment method.
This standard applies to the production, inspection and user acceptance of deep groove ball bearings for aerospace motors.

3.1 Radial basic static load rating
A radial static load equivalent to the following calculated contact stress is generated at the center of the maximum load rolling element and raceway contact.
