Scope

GB/T 41035-2021 is the English-translated version of 航天用可扩展架构计算机电源测试方法.

GB/T 41035-2021 sets out how to test the power supplies of scalable-architecture (ATX) computers used in aerospace. It covers test preparation - equipment, site, environmental conditions and test personnel - the list of test items and the method for each.

The methods run from input voltage range, inrush current, reflected ripple and undervoltage through output voltage, current, power, ripple and rise time, power-on sequence, enable and power-good signals and overshoot, to voltage, load and cross regulation, overvoltage, overcurrent and short-circuit protection, response to input and load jumps, power factor, efficiency, insulation resistance, dielectric strength, irradiation and electromagnetic compatibility.

An informative appendix deals with recording the test data. Other power supplies may refer to it. It was issued on 31 December 2021 and has applied since 1 July 2022.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Voltage regulation

When other influences remain unchanged, the relative change of the output voltage is caused by the change of the input voltage.

3.2 Load regulation

When other influences remain unchanged, the relative change of the output voltage due to the change of the load.

3.3 Build time

The time for the output voltage to rise from 10% to 90% of the rated voltage.

3.4 Enable signal

When the switching signal of the computer-controlled power supply is at high level or in the air, the power supply is prohibited (except for the specified auxiliary power supply with output), and the low level is power supply works.

3.5 Prepare signal

A power-ready signal sent to the computer's CPU when the power supply is working properly.

3.6 Power factor

The ratio of active power to apparent power. […]
