This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, working principles, product models, technical requirements, test parties for roll wheat flour mills for grain and oil inspection. Laws, inspection rules, signs, labels, instructions for use, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements.
This standard is applicable to roll wheat flour mills that produce wheat flour when testing various types of wheat raw materials.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Flour milling percentage
The ratio of the mass of wheat flour that a unit of quality wheat can grind.
Note: expressed as a percentage.
3.2 Repeatability error of flour milling percentage
Under the same test conditions, the consistency of the results of two consecutive replicates of the same wheat sample.
3.3 Recovery rate
The ratio of the total mass of wheat bran, sub-powder, and wheat flour after milling to the quality of raw wheat.
