Scope

GB/T 35645-2017 is the English-translated version of 导航电子地图框架数据交换格式.

GB/T 35645-2017 specifies the framework data model, element content and exchange format of the navigation electronic map.

Clause 1 states that it applies to the use and exchange of navigation electronic map data and also to the production of navigation electronic map framework data, and the introduction presents the standard as a basis for data exchange and sharing between data production and use units.

Clause 2 sets out seven terms, among them level, point feature, navigation electronic map, service area, arc, node and face, several of them taken from GB/T 30289.1-2013, GB/T 19711-2005 and GB 20263-2006, while clause 3 lists the abbreviations.

Clause 4, Framework data model, is built from a feature model with feature level and element theme, the field data types integer, floating point, character and spatial data, a data element item description and permanent marking.

Clause 5, Road, is the largest clause and runs through road arc, road node, junction, lane information, traffic route guidance, traffic restrictions, forward, fork tip, traffic lights, toll station, slope, electronic eye, alert, variable speed limit, liaison relations, same arc relationship and same node relationship.

Clause 6, Index, covers the POI index, village index, intersection index, road name index, point house index, text index and zip code index, clause 7 covers administrative division marking points, administrative division geometry and custom zones, and clause 8 covers land coverage and utilization.

Five appendices follow, with time domain and signage classification and type code as normative ones and vehicle information, the codes and parameters table and the data parameters as informative ones.

The standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Geographic Information Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC230); it was issued on December 29, 2017 and has applied since July 1, 2018.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

Introduction

With the rapid development of China's economy, navigation applications have become increasingly widespread, and the domestic satellite navigation application industry has also developed rapidly.

The data standardization requirements of navigation electronic maps, which play a fundamental and supporting role in aviation industrialization, have become even more urgent. Navigation electronic map box Shelf data is a necessary core content related to the navigation map application. This standard includes the navigation electronic map framework data model Type, element content and exchange format are important basis for data exchange and sharing between data production and use units.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the navigation electronic map framework data model, element content and exchange format.

This standard applies to the use and exchange of navigational electronic map data, and also applies to the production of navigational electronic map framework data.

2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

2.1 Level

A set of data that is managed by the same spatial index and has the same classification content and a consistent level of data detail. [GB/T 30289.1-2013, definition 3.4]

2.2 Point feature

The 0-dimensional element that marks the geometric location. A binary coordinate (or ternary coordinate) defines a position. [GB/T 19711-2005, definition 3.2.15]

2.3 Navigation electronic map

Contains spatial coordinates of geographical coordinates that can be combined with spatial positioning information systems to accurately guide people or vehicles from reaching their destination Electronic map or data set. [GB 20263-2006, definition 3.2]

2.4 Service area

The area of the highway where you can rest, park, refuel, eat, etc., in addition to providing parking, can also provide other services. [GB/T 30289.1-2013, definition 3.25]

2.5 Arc

The smallest linear unit in the road network topology has one node at each end.

2.6 Node

A 0-dimensional element that is a topological connection point for two or more edges or an edge of an edge. [GB/T 19711-2005, definition 3.2.10]

2.7 Face

A 2-dimensional array surrounded by a closed edge sequence and zero or more non-intersecting closed edge sequences in the sequence element. [GB/T 19711-2005, definition 3.2.5]
