1 Scope

This standard specifies the ground meteorological observation of air temperature and humidity observation of the technical requirements and observation methods.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 35221 and defined by the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Air temperature

In the meteorological observation, the temperature of the air at a height of 1.50m from the ground is measured in a radiation protection device such as a veranda.

Note. The unit is Celsius (°C).

3.2 Air humidity

Ground meteorological observation is determined in the shutter and other radiation protection device from the ground height of 1.50m air humidity, referred to as humidity.

Note Humidity is expressed as vapor pressure, relative humidity and dew point temperature.

3.3 Vapor pressure

Part of the air-water vapor pressure in the unit area.

Note. The unit is hectopascals (hPa).

3.4 Saturated vapor pressure

Under certain temperature and pressure, the vapor pressure of saturated air reaches saturation.

3.5 Relative humidity

The ratio of the actual vapor pressure in the air to the saturated vapor pressure at that time.

Note. Expressed in percentage (%).

3.6 Dew point temperature

Air in the water vapor content and pressure conditions, reduce the temperature when the temperature reaches saturation.

Note. The unit is Celsius (°C).
