3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Averagetimeheadway
Unit time, the front of all adjacent vehicles through the same lane of a section of the time interval average.
3.2 Vehicle inspection section
The location of the vehicle detector on the highway covers the lateral extent of each lane.
3.3 Detection interval
The vehicle detector periodically counts the number of vehicles passing the vehicle's cross-section over the previous period of time, which period is called the inspection period.

4.1 General requirements

Communication flow, classification and coding of information shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 34428.1-2017.
4.1.2
For the ASCII code, the information content of information using GB/T 1988 encoded characters, using the same in accordance with
