3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Surveillance facilities
Installed along the expressway or monitoring center, sub-centers, monitoring stations indoor and outdoor equipment for the acquisition of highway operation and the environment
Data or release information, and equipment for monitoring and monitoring personnel and managers to display monitoring data and information.
3.2 Outfield facilities fielddevices
Installed in the monitoring facilities along the highway.
3.3 PC dominantcontroler
Installed in the monitoring center, sub-centers, monitoring stations, to send information to the monitoring facilities, and collect monitoring equipment to reverse the information sent equipment.
3.4 Code independent
So that the system can not be limited by the code, by increasing the DLE character to achieve the method of information transfer.
3.5 Broadcast
