3.1 Hidden hazard

During the construction or operation of the oil and gas pipeline construction, due to the change of the external environmental conditions of the pipeline and ancillary facilities and the production and operation

Units or parties not implementing laws and regulations, standards and requirements, resulting in the existence of potential personal injury, environmental pollution or economic loss

Unsafe conditions, including pressure; lack of spacing; does not meet the requirements of the standard cross, parallel (including crossing across); geological disasters and pipe body and attached

Is a facility defect. Hidden risk According to the degree of risk can be divided into general risk, greater risk and major risks.
