Scope

GB/T 33690-2017 is the English-translated version of 煤炭液化反应性的高压釜试验方法.

GB/T 33690-2017 is the Chinese method for measuring the liquefaction reactivity of coal in an autoclave, that is, how readily a coal turns into liquid products under direct liquefaction conditions.

It gives an outline of the method, the reagents and materials, the apparatus, the preparation and treatment of the coal sample, the procedure, the calculation of results, the precision of the method and the content of the test report.

Clause 3 defines direct coal liquefaction, liquefaction reactivity, measured as oil yield and conversion rate, and liquefied oil, the part of the product soluble in n-hexane, taking terms from GB/T 30044-2013 and GB/T 31428-2015.

Coal and coal chemistry laboratories use it to judge a coal for direct liquefaction. It was issued on 12 May 2017 and has applied since 1 December 2017.

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the method for the test method of coal liquefaction reactor. Reagents and materials, equipment, coal preparation and preparation Management procedures, method of calculation, method precision and test report and other technical requirements.

This standard is applicable to the determination of direct liquefaction of coal.

3 Terms and definitions

3.1 Coal direct liquefaction

Coal in the high pressure, high temperature, under the conditions of hydrogen, the role of catalyst, the hydrogenation reaction, directly into the liquid product process technology. [GB/T 31428-2015, definition 6.1.1]

3.2 Liquefaction reactivity

The ability of coal to convert to liquid products under direct liquefaction conditions is mainly measured as oil yield and conversion rate.

3.3 Liquefied oil

Directly liquefied products of coal are soluble in n-hexane components. [GB/T 30044-2013, definition 3.3]
