3 Model preparation method
3.1 The composition of the model
Motor soft starter device model by the manufacturer code, manufacturer's design serial number, motor soft starter code, adapter The rated power of the motor, the voltage level of the adapter motor and the class code of the derived class, in the form of the following.
Manufacturer code (with two letters in Pinyin alphabet)
Manufacturer's design serial number (indicated by Arabic numerals)
-RQ Indicates the motor soft starter
Rated motor power (unit: kW)
Adaptation motor voltage level (unit: kV)
Derived Category Code (Run Mode)
Example: Manufacturing company, design number 3, the rated power of the adapter motor is 1000kW, the motor with the voltage rating of 10kV semiconductors Body control voltage regulator soft start device model: × × 3 - RQ1000/10DZ.
3.2 Derived class code
According to the principle of starting, the motor soft start device can be divided into three categories.
--- step-down soft start;
--- variable frequency soft start;
--- rotor variable resistance type soft start.
