Scope
GB/T 33500-2017 is the English-translated version of 外墙外保温泡沫陶瓷.
GB/T 33500-2017 covers foam ceramic for external wall insulation, made mainly from solid waste or other mineral raw materials with a foaming agent.
It gives the term and its definition, the product classification, the specifications and marking, the requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the rules for marking, packaging, transport and storage.
Products are classified by dry density into types S, M and L. The conventional specifications are lengths and widths of 300 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm and 600 mm and thicknesses from 20 mm to 150 mm, and the product mark is built from the product name, the specification, the classification and the standard number.

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terminology and definition of external thermal insulation foam ceramic, product classification, specifications and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection regulations As well as signs, packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard applies to external walls of thermal insulation foam ceramic.

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Exterior wall insulation foam ceramic
To solid waste or other mineral raw materials as the main raw material, supplemented by blowing agent by high temperature sintering and made for the external wall insulation Hole ceramic.
4 Product classification, specifications and marking
4.1 Product classification
Products in accordance with the dry density is divided into S-type, M-type, L-type.
4.2 Product specifications
Specifications for conventional products are. length. 300mm, 400mm, 500mm and 600mm; width. 300mm, 400mm, 500 mm and 600 mm; thickness. 20 mm to 150 mm.
