This document specifies the general requirements, evaluation requirements, evaluation process, and evaluation index calculation for energy-saving and carbon-reducing technologies in the building and sanitary ceramics industry. 3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB 21252, GB/T 33760 and GB/T 40064 apply to this document.

4 General Requirements

4.1 The evaluation requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 40064.

4.2 Complete records should include the standards and specifications on which the data is based, the data sources, the calculation methods, and the evaluation process, so as to facilitate the review and verification of the results.

4.3 The organizations and personnel conducting the evaluation should possess relevant professional capabilities and experience, and be familiar with energy-saving and carbon-reduction technologies, laws, and regulations in the relevant fields. In accordance with standards and specifications, the organization should be equipped with at least one professional technical person in charge.

5.1 Basic Requirements

5.1.1 The evaluated party shall establish and effectively operate a quality management system and an environmental management system in accordance with GB/T 19001 and GB/T 24001.

5.1.2 Energy-saving and carbon-reducing technologies should comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, and products manufactured using such technologies should meet corresponding national standards.
