Scope
GB/T 33326-2016 is the English-translated version of 平板太阳能集热器用橡胶密封条.
GB/T 33326-2016 fixes the requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the marking, packaging, transport and storage of the rubber seal strips used in flat-plate solar collectors.
Clause 1 applies the standard to rubber seals for flat-plate solar collectors, which it refers to throughout simply as seals. Clause 3 takes its terms and definitions from GB/T 9881 on rubber terminology and from GB/T 12936 on solar heat utilization terminology.
Clause 4 begins with the physical properties of the compound, which are tabulated with their test methods and are to be measured on specimens prepared by moulding in accordance with GB/T 2941; the properties shown include a hardness of 70 plus or minus 5 Shore A tested to GB/T 531.1 and a minimum elongation at break of 250% tested to GB/T 528.
Clause 2 cites GB/T 528, GB/T 531.1, GB/T 1682, GB/T 3512, GB/T 3672.1, GB/T 5721, GB/T 7759.1, GB/T 7759.2, GB/T 7762, GB/T 9881 and GB/T 24798-2009.
The standard was proposed by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association and falls under the sealing products subcommittee of the national rubber and rubber products standardization technical committee (SAC/TC 35/SC 3). It was issued on 13 December 2016 and has applied since 1 July 2017.
