GB/T 33321-2016 is the English-translated version of 黄磷生产技术规范.

GB/T 33321-2016 is the Chinese technical regulation for producing yellow phosphorus in an electric furnace.

It gives the terms and definitions, the basic production requirements, the requirements on the design of the plant, the conduct of the process and its maintenance, the quality the product must reach, the safety rules that apply to a process handling a substance that ignites in air, and the control of the pollutants released.

It applies to existing, new, altered and extended electric furnace yellow phosphorus plants. Producers, designers and the authorities that supervise them use it. Issued on 13 December 2016, it has applied since 1 July 2017.

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terminology and definition of yellow phosphorus production technology, basic production requirements, design requirements, production process control, production equipment maintenance And maintenance, product quality requirements, production process safety, pollutant control.

This standard applies to the existing, new (including change, expansion) of the use of electric furnace production of yellow phosphorus device.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Yellow phosphorus production system
