Scope
GB/T 33297-2016 is the English-translated version of 中温(100 ℃~150 ℃)全玻璃真空太阳集热管.
GB/T 33297-2016 specifies the definition, classification, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of three medium temperature all glass evacuated solar collector tubes, together with their signs, packaging, transportation and storage.
Clause 1 states that it applies to tubes that receive solar radiation and convert it into heat and that work in the 100 °C to 150 °C temperature range, namely the medium temperature all glass coaxial evacuated solar collector tube, the medium temperature all glass eccentric concentrating evacuated solar collector tube and the medium temperature all glass internal condenser heat sink evacuated solar collector tube.
Clause 2 cites GB/T 191, GB 3100, GB/T 4314, GB/T 12936, GB/T 13384, GB/T 17049, GB/T 25965, GB/T 25968, GB/T 29159 and JJF 1032.
Clause 3 adopts the terms of GB 3100, GB/T 4314, GB/T 12936, GB/T 17049, GB/T 29159 and JJF 1032 and defines the medium temperature tube itself, the antireflective film prepared on the surface of the cover glass tube to improve its transmission performance, and the composite parabolic concentrator (CPC), a non-imaging concentrator designed on the edge optics principle that gathers the light arriving within a given range of receiving angles onto the receiver.
The contents then list clause 4 Product Category, the technical requirements clause, clause 6 Test Method, clause 7 Inspection rules and clause 8 signs, packaging, transportation, storage, followed by a normative appendix on the CPC technical requirements and the structure of the test system and an informative appendix on the outside surface area of the glass inner tube heat absorber.
Four figures show the structure and components of each of the three tube types and the test device, and three tables give the recommended dimensions, the requirements for the test device and the factory inspection items.
The foreword says the standard was proposed by the National Solar Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC402). The frontispiece prints ICS 27.160 and the page gives Chinese classification F12. It was issued on 13 December 2016 and has applied since 1 July 2017.
