Foreword
GB/T 32852 "City Passenger Terminology" is divided into six parts.
--- Part 1. General terminology;
--- Part 2. Public steam cars;
--- Part 3. Urban rail transit;
--- Part 4. Taxi;
--- Part 5. Car rental;
--- Part 6. City passenger ferry.
This part is the fifth part of GB/T 32852.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 32852 defines the basic terms, facilities and equipment, operations and services, costs and pricing, and Common terms and definitions such as technical indicators.
This section applies to the field of small and micro passenger car rental.
2 Basic terms
2.1 Car rental service
The car rental operator shall, in accordance with the contract of the car rental contract, hand over the leased vehicle to the lessee for use, charge the corresponding fee, and provide no driving Business activities.

2.2 Car rental operator
A legal person who has obtained the qualification of car rental business according to law and is engaged in the business activities of car rental services.

2.3 Rental vehicle
Vehicles used for car rental operations.

2.4 Car rental contract
The contract of the car rental operator and the lessee is a contract concluded by law in order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties.
2.5 Renter
Signing a car rental contract with a car rental operator and using the legal person or natural person who rents the vehicle in accordance with the car rental contract.

2.6 Guarantor
According to the contract of the car rental, when the lessee is unable to perform the prescribed responsibilities and obligations, the third party shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and obligations.

3 Facilities and equipment
3.1 Car rental store
A business place for car rental services provided by car rental operators.
