Foreword
GB/T 32852 "Terms of Urban Passenger Transport" is divided into 6 parts.

--- Part 6. City passenger ferry.
This part is Part 4 of GB/T 32852.
This section is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This section of GB/T 32852 gives common or special terms used in taxi operation services and industry management.
This section applies to the field of taxis.
2 Basic terms
2.1 Taxi service
With seven-seater passenger cars and driving services, driving according to the wishes of passengers, operating services based on mileage, driving time or agreed upon Service activities.
2.1.1 Cruising taxi service
Vehicles provided with spray painting and patrol taxi logos, provided by cruising, station waiting, telecall, etc. service.
2.1.2 Booking taxi service
We hire passengers by appointment and provide taxi services.
2.1.3 App-based ride hailing service
Through a service platform based on Internet technology, it integrates supply and demand information and provides a non-cruising reservation taxi service.
2.2 Taxi
Transport vehicles that have obtained vehicle operation qualifications according to law and provide taxi services
2.2.1 Accessible taxis
A taxi equipped with a special device that can meet the needs of passengers with reduced mobility.
2.3 Taxi business entity
Legal or natural persons who have obtained business qualifications in accordance with law and provide taxi services.
2.4 Taxi driver
Drivers who have obtained employment qualifications in accordance with the law and provide taxi services to passengers.
2.5 Booking person
A person who sends a request for a taxi service reservation to a taxi operator through telecommunications, the Internet, etc.
2.6 Taxi service staff
A person who provides a taxi service directly or indirectly to a passenger or car hire.
