3 Terms and Definitions
GB/T 24421.2 and GB/T 32170.1 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Service standard
To meet the needs of customers, specifications normative documents direct or indirect contact with active process between supplier and customer.
3.2 Stationed department
Stationed in the Administrative Service Center, provides administrative licenses for natural persons, legal persons and other organizations, administrative payments, administrative confirmation, administrative and collection
Government departments and other services related service units.
3.3 Matters item
Entered government service center for administrative license, administrative confirmation, administrative payment, collection and other administrative services.
3.4 Window counter
Service department or unit stationed Administrative Service Center set up.
3.5 Governing Body managementorganization
Internal Affairs Service Center is responsible for organizing and coordinating the work window, guidance and supervision and management services organization.
