GB/T 32065.15-2019 is the English-translated version of 海洋仪器环境试验方法第15部分:水压试验.

GB/T 32065.15-2019 is Part 15 of the Chinese environmental test methods for oceanographic instruments and covers the hydrostatic pressure test.

It fixes the test requirements, the test procedure and the related information, and it separates the constant hydrostatic pressure test, where the pressure is held at a single value through the high-pressure stage, from the alternating one, where the low-pressure stage and the number of cycles vary.

Standard atmospheric conditions, the mounting of the test sample and the handling of an interrupted test follow GB/T 32065.1-2015. The pressure system may not fluctuate by more than 0.05 MPa up to 1 MPa or 0.1 MPa up to 10 MPa, the gauge range should be 1.5 times the maximum test pressure and the gauge must be better than class 1. Issued on 25 March 2019, it has applied since 1 October 2019.

Foreword

GB/T 32065 "Climate Instrument Environmental Test Method" 1) is divided into the following parts.

1) Parts 1 through 7 were released in 2015.

This part is the 15th part of GB/T 32065.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 32065 specifies the test requirements, test procedures and related information for the marine equipment hydrostatic test.

This section applies to the assessment or determination of the suitability of marine instruments for use under water pressure conditions.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Constant hydrostatic pressure test

During the test, the test was kept constant at the high pressure during the test, and the pressure was only a constant value.

3.2 Alternating hydrostatic pressure test

During the test, the pressure in the high pressure stage is constant, and the pressure in the low pressure stage is variable, and the cycle number is variable.

4 Test requirements

4.1 General requirements

The standard atmospheric pressure conditions for the marine equipment hydrostatic test are carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.2 of GB/T 32065.1-2015; test sample installation According to the provisions of 6.1 of GB/T 32065.1-2015; the test interruption processing shall be in accordance with the regulations of Chapter 7 of GB/T 32065.1-2015. Scheduled.

4.2 Test equipment

4.2.1 The hydraulic test system shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5 of GB/T 32065.1-2015.

4.2.2 The fluctuation of the hydraulic test system shall meet the following requirements.

a) 0.1MPa~1MPa (including 1MPa) less than 0.05MPa;

b) 1MPa~10MPa (including 10MPa) is less than 0.1MPa;

c) 10 MPa or more and less than 1 MPa.

4.2.3 The range selection of the pressure gauge should be 1.5 times the maximum pressure of the test.

4.2.4 Pressure gauge accuracy level is better than level 1.
