Scope

GB/T 32065.14-2019 is the English-translated version of 海洋仪器环境试验方法 第14部分:振动试验.

GB/T 32065.14-2019 is Part 14 of GB/T 32065 and sets out the vibration test used in the environmental testing of oceanographic instruments. It gives the test requirements, the test method and the related information, and applies to vibration tests on marine instruments.

For ease of use it repeats the terms taken from GB/T 2422-2012: the fixing point at which the specimen is held to the fixture or the vibration table, the check point rigidly attached to it, the reference point whose signal is used to control the test, the sweep cycle run over the X, Y and Z axes, and the signal tolerance on frequency, acceleration, velocity and displacement.

It cites GB/T 2422-2012 and GB/T 32065.1-2015. Issued on 25 March 2019, it has applied since 1 October 2019.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 2422-2012 apply to this document. For ease of use, the following is repeated Certain terms and definitions in GB/T 2422-2012.

3.1 Fixed point

The portion of the test sample that is in contact with the clamp or the vibrating table is usually the place where the test sample is fixed during use.

Note 1: If a part of the actual mounting structure is used as a jig, take the part where the mounting structure and the vibrating table are in contact as a fixed point.

Note 2: Rewrite GB/T 2422-2012, definition 5.6.

3.2 Checkpoint

A point on a fixture, shaker, or test specimen that is rigidly attached to the fixed point.

Note: If the fixed point is not more than 4, each point is used as the detection point. If the fixed point is greater than 4, then 4 representative fixed points are selected as the inspection measuring point.

3.3 Reference point

From the point selected in the detection point, the signal at that point is used to control the test.

3.4 Sweep cycle

The reciprocating direction of the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis of the test sample is repeated at a predetermined frequency range.

Note: Rewrite GB/T 2422-2012, definition 5.12.

3.5 Signal tolerance

The ratio of the unfiltered and filtered signal difference to the filtered signal, usually including frequency, acceleration, velocity, and displacement tolerance.
