Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

This document supersedes GB/T 31551-2015 "Technical Conditions for Water Glass Sand Regeneration Equipment" and is consistent with GB/T 31551-2015.

Aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

(b) The values of parameters such as amplitude and noise in the technical requirements have been changed (see Chapter 4, 4.1.4, 4.1.10, 4.4.1, 4.8.1 in the 2015 version). 4.8.2, 4.10.1, 4.11, 4.12.3, 4.12.8, 4.13.2, 4.15.3, 4.16.6).

c) The requirements for no-load operation and load operation have been changed (see 4.18, 4.19, and 4.18 in the 2015 edition).

d) The technical parameters for the distance of pipe support installation in the technical requirements have been added (see 4.12.6 and 4.16.8).

e) Several technical requirements have been added (see 4.1.4, 4.1.5, 4.1.9, 4.1.12, 4.1.13, 4.1.17, 4.4.6, 4.4.7, 4.8.8, 4.9.1,... 4.9.2, 4.15.6, 4.15.7, 4.17.1, 4.17.7).

f) Some technical requirements for crushers have been removed (see 4.4.1 in the 2015 edition).

g) General rules for test methods and determination of moisture content parameters have been added (see 5.1, 5.12);

h) The determination of the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic separation device has been changed (see 5.10, 5.9 in the 2015 edition).

i) Surface roughness measurement has been added (see 5.13);

j) The determination of geometric tolerances has been added (see 5.14);

k) The determination of double amplitude was added (see 5.15);

l) Some conditions for type testing have been removed (see 6.2.1, 2015 version of 6.2.1).

1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for water glass sand regeneration equipment, describes the corresponding test methods, and stipulates the inspection rules and standards. Requirements for labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage.

This document applies to the manufacture of complete sets of equipment for the regeneration of water glass sand using mechanical regeneration, wet regeneration, and thermal regeneration methods.
