1 Scope

This standard specifies the feed deoxynivalenol bacteria enolase (DON) immunoaffinity column clean - high performance liquid chromatographic method.

4 Reagents

Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water to comply with two water GB/T 6682 regulations.

4.1 Methanol

HPLC grade.

4.2 acetonitrile

HPLC grade.

4.3

polyethylene glycol (polyethyleneglycol, M = 8000).

4.4 HPLC mobile phase

Measure 100mL acetonitrile (4.2) to 1000mL volumetric flask, add water volume to 1000mL. mixing

4.5 deoxynivalenol bacteria enolase (deoxynivalenol) Standard

Purity >=98%.

4.6 deoxynivalenol fungi alcohol standard stock solution

accurately weighed amount of deoxynivalenol fungi alcohol standard with methanol (4.1) dubbed

Concentration of 0.1mg/mL standard stock solution stored at -20 °C refrigerator can be used for 3 months.

4.7 deoxynivalenol fungi alcohol standard working solution

deoxynivalenol fungi alcohol standard solution (4.6) with the mobile phase (4.4) and diluting

0.1µg/mL, 0.5µg/mL, 1.0µg/mL, 5.0µg/mL, 10.0µg/mL concentrations of deoxynivalenol bacteria enolase working standard solution.

Deoxynivalenol fungi alcohol standard working solution stored at 2 °C ~ 8 °C refrigerator can be used for 7 days.
