Scope
GB/T 30809-2014 is the English-translated version of 光催化材料性能测试用紫外光光源.
GB/T 30809-2014 governs the ultraviolet light source used in testing the properties of photocatalytic materials.
Clause 1 states that the standard specifies the requirements for the UV light source used in performance testing of photocatalytic materials, and that it applies to single-ended, double-ended and self-ballasted ultraviolet lamps with a main wavelength of 365nm, expressly excluding LED UV light sources.
Clause 3 gives one definition, of the ultraviolet light source, as a low-pressure gas discharge lamp in which the ultraviolet light accounts for more than 80 per cent of the total output power of the lamp; the draft then breaks off after 3.1, so the clauses that follow are not shown.

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. The standard proposed by China Building Materials Federation.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for performance testing of photocatalytic materials UV light source.
This standard applies to the use of the main wavelength of 365nm single-ended and double-ended or ultraviolet light self-ballasted (not including LED UV light source).
