Scope

GB/T 41050-2021 is the English-translated version of 纳米技术 光催化纳米材料降解苯性能测试方法.

GB/T 41050-2021 is a test method for measuring how well photocatalytic nanomaterials degrade benzene, using gas chromatography.

A sample carrying the material is placed in a closed reactor with benzene vapour, left to reach adsorption equilibrium and then irradiated with ultraviolet light while the benzene concentration is measured at regular intervals; the slope fitted by least squares is the photolysis performance index.

The standard covers the principle, the reactor system and other test equipment, reagents, test procedure, calculation of results and test report. It applies to flat-plate materials coated with photocatalytic nanomaterials and to liquid materials that form a photocatalytic surface on flat plates, with a 365 nm UV light source. It was issued on 31 December 2021 and has applied since 1 July 2022.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

1 Scope

This document specifies the principle, test equipment, reagents, and test steps for testing the performance of photocatalytic nanomaterials for benzene degradation by gas chromatography. procedures, calculation of results and test reports.

This document is applicable to flat-plate materials coated with photocatalytic nanomaterials and the formation of photocatalytic function on the surface of flat-plate materials. liquid material. This document uses a UV light source with a wavelength of 365 nm.

2 Normative references

The contents of the following documents constitute essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. 3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 30544.1 and the following apply to this document.

3.1 Photocatalysis nanomaterials

Under the excitation of a certain light source, nanomaterials can produce photocatalytic effects.

3.2 Photolysis performance index

The ability of photocatalytic nanomaterials to degrade organic matter per unit time.

4 Principles

Using gas-solid reaction and photocatalytic reaction (see Appendix A), the samples loaded with photocatalytic nanomaterials were placed in a closed reactor with benzene evaporation air contact. Let the sample stand still to reach the equilibrium state of adsorption of benzene vapor; under the irradiation of ultraviolet light source, it is measured by gas chromatograph at regular intervals.

Determine the concentration of benzene in the reactor, and use the least squares method to fit the linear slope of the test data according to the concentration change, which is the photocatalytic material to benzene. photolysis index.

5 Test equipment and reagents

5.1 Reactor system

5.1.1 Reactor

The reactor includes two parts. a sealing cover and a sample pool (see Figure 1), and the sealing cover and the sample pool are sealed by a zipper lock. […]
