1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polyvinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion adhesive for the cold laminating of paper and plastic films.

3 Requirements
3.1 Performance requirements
The polyvinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion adhesive for the cold laminating of paper and plastic films shall meet the performance requirements of Table 1.
3.2 Limits of hazardous substances
According to the use of the product and the requirements of the user, the content of hazardous substances shall comply with the corresponding regulatory requirements.
